初心忘るべからず (shoshin wasuru bekarazu) means "Never forget your beginner's mind".

Before Conspire Foods, I actually started with a smaller set up called Staple and Perk Bakery. I was only 20 years old and knew very little about business. It was a super small team of 3 plus me. I was going to different places to peddle my bread just so I could get some sales. Social media wasn't as developed then as it is now so I would go door to door in villages, offices and other places, I even remember going to my high school a few times (the teachers were very kind and let me).

We've now grown to a bigger team, bigger spaces and have 2 locations of production. Our capacity for more products have grown as well. My fire hasn't changed though.. If anything, it has intensified. I'm still far from my dream of having a food mega factory so I can help lower food cost and lessen food waste for this country. We'll keep investing and working hard to reach this! -Aldrin

A chef client and I were talking and this is what he said about our sourdough.

We're a restaurant supplier primarily so we try to make our products easy to use but of course still have integrity and deliciousness.
For chef, he uses our sourdough which we don't make too holey meaning we go for a more uniform crumb but still have good flavor because we ferment it for a long time. We're glad chef appreciates our product and hopefully more will!

An easy delicious meal at home with our Taiwan thin wheat dried noodles, just boil them for 3 minutes and pair with our Taiwanese braised beef soup pack! Just microwave or heat the meat pack, add a little hot water to taste (I even use the hot noodle water) and pour over the noodles! Message us to get some!!

This is a special batch of fresh noodles. It's part of our r&d to make high quality shelf stable fresh noodles. We don't use common preservatives but more of a method in preservation as well as using special natural ingredients which aid in texture and quality preservation. This is currently at day 3 of being kept in Philippine room temperature. We're hopefully targeting 7 to 14 days before degrading happens.

At day 3, the noodles are white and free from visible mold. The texture once cooked is at par with our standard fresh noodles.
