Quines, We are advocating and promoting solar energy as the true solution for our country’s dire need of sustainable energy. We are also pursuing the Philippine Government to pass the House Bill no.17; An Act of Creating Philippines Solar Initiative Commission, a commission whose objective is to make the country a solar energy dependent country
