On 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the Good Eats team took a meaningful break from the usual hustle through 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 - a simple wellness session designed to help us reset and reconnect with ourselves💚

With a short guided meditation and stress-management activity, everyone had the chance to take a step back and enjoy a few quiet moments in the middle of a busy day. Sometimes, all we need is a few minutes to pause, breathe, and reset✨
