Signed, sealed, delivered. 💌 We’re behind the scenes with Chef Miko Calo whipping up pure sando perfection. ✨🥪

Something you might not have known: it takes three whole days to prep our house-made pâté for the Sando Pâté de Campagne. As Chef Miko puts it: “It’s basically me bringing my French training and background to [put] a little spin on Japanese classics.”
