Our Etag Carbonara Spaghetti combines Chef Margarita’s love for Italian cuisine with her passion for local ingredients.

For this classic Grace Park dish, instead of Guanciale she used Etag, salt-cured meat from the Cordilleras, paired with our fresh local egg yolks and Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy.
