This started with a decision.

To learn.
To invest.
To take coffee seriously.

A 3-day workshop led by Philippine Coffee and Barista Institute wasn't cheap. Took a portion of my 13th month to enroll and show up with one goal in mind:

To serve coffee that’s not just “okay”… but something I can truly be proud of.

Still learning. Still refining.
But every cup we serve now…

means a little more. ☕💚
