Sales & Store Assistant – Franc & Be Bakery

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented team member who loves selling and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

* With experience in a bakery, café, food kiosk, or food retail store.
* Experience in free tasting, supermarket product demonstrations, mall activations, trade fairs, or sales expos is highly preferred.
* Confident in approaching customers and promoting products.
* Has good communication and selling skills.
* Goal-oriented and can help achieve daily sales targets.
* Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
* Working students are welcome to apply, provided they can commit to the required work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers and recommend bakery products.
* Conduct free tasting and product sampling to increase sales.
* Maintain cleanliness and proper product display.
* Handle cashiering, inventory, and daily sales reports.
* Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Specialties Required

* Bread production (pandesal, Spanish bread, ensaymada, loaf bread)
* Cookies and brownies
* Cakes and cake slices
* Basic pastry preparation
* Can follow standardized recipes and maintain consistent quality
* Knowledge of proper fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques

Qualifications

* At least 1 year of bakery experience (home bakery or commercial bakery)
* Experience operating bakery equipment and ovens
* Maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Honest, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn
* Can work early morning shifts
* Team player with a positive attitude.
