The dam is meant to retain water for hydropower purposes to generate electricity. The management of this dam has kept accumulation of sand and silt deposits since 2024 soon after their post was hooked to the National Grid lines. Should the sand be cleared to restore water current? I wonder if the purpose of the project is to generate electricity? 🫣
