PORK TUNA SALAD

Alfredo’s version of SINUGLAW

We took inspiration from the much-loved Sinuglaw—the delicious combination of sugba ng baboy and kinilaw na bariles—and gave it our own Alfredo twist! 💙

What makes our version different?

Instead of simply grilling the pork, we tenderly marinate our pork belly first, then pan-grill it to bring out its savory, flavorful goodness. 🤤🔥

Then we combine it with fresh tuna kinilaw, crunchy vegetables, onions, and our flavorful dressing… finished with a little sili 🌶️ for that extra kick!

The result?
Savory. Tangy. Refreshing. And absolutely satisfying! 😋

We sincerely apologize, but Alfredo Seafood House is temporarily pausing our tilapia fishing activity due to a shortage of tilapia in our fishpond.

We want to make sure that every guest enjoys the best fishing experience, so we will reopen the fishing activity as soon as we have enough tilapia available.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We truly appreciate each and every one of you, and we can't wait to welcome you back for another fun day of fishing!
