Mango Crepe Recipe

Ingredients:
For the crepes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

For the filling:

1 cup fresh mango slices
½ cup whipped cream or custard
1 tbsp honey (optional)

For topping:
Powdered sugar
Additional mango slices
Drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions:

1. Make the crepe batter: In a blender or mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.

2. Cook the crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter. Pour a small amount of batter (about ¼ cup) and swirl the pan to spread it thinly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter.

3. Prepare the filling: Mix the mango slices with honey if you want extra sweetness.

4. Assemble the crepes: Place a crepe on a plate, spread whipped cream or custard, add mango slices, and fold or roll the crepe.
Garnish & serve: Sprinkle powdered sugar, drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce, and top with more mango slices if desired.

Enjoy your delicious homemade mango crepes!

Beef and broccoli is a classic stir-fry dish featuring tender beef slices and crisp broccoli in a savory sauce. Here's a simple recipe for you:

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) beef (flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
3 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
1/2 cup beef broth or water
1 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)

For the Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Beef: Mix beef slices with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, and a little oil. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes.

2. Blanch the Broccoli: Boil water in a pot, blanch the broccoli for 1–2 minutes, then drain and set aside.

3. Cook the Beef: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or pan over high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned (1–2 minutes). Remove and set aside.

4. Make the Sauce: In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, then pour in the sauce mixture. Let it simmer.

5. Combine Everything: Return the beef and broccoli to the pan. Stir well, then add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.

6. Serve: Once the sauce is thick and glossy, serve hot over rice.
