My passion for hopia began in the 90s when I first tasted a delicious hopia made by a friend. Inspired, I followed her recipe and added my own twist, creating what became known as Celis Hopia. Soon, I started receiving orders for parties across Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Austria. Now, retired in the Philippines, I’ve returned to making Hopia out of boredom, rekindling the joy that started it all.
