Fresh, Hot and flaky empanadas are now available for pre-order in the Tinacious Bakes kitchen.

With the blackout still in occurrence, your tenacious baker has to improvise her product list. I can’t serve up chilled desserts and pastries yet so I’m taking out one of my most loved recipes, by family, friends and workmates—traditional empanadas.

Coconut Macaroons (Original and Ube)

Filipino-style Coconut Macaroons are soft, chewy and delicious. These mini cupcakes are perfect as a snack or dessert and are sure to be a crowd-favorite.

The Tinacious Bakes kitchen makes yummy macaroons and the ube version is the first product I launched back in 2009 when I started my small baking business venture. I went on a long hiatus and only decided to bake full time last 2020.

Inspite of the blackout, the Tinacious Bakes kitchen is open and baking sweet treats that are stable and does not need refrigeration. Featured in today’s holiday menu are delectable chocolate chip cookies and scrumptious blueberry muffins. 🍪🫐🧁

What better way to celebrate another milestone in life than this 9-inch Fresh strawberries and blueberry cheesecake. We use only the freshest ingredients preferably what’s in season and we were lucky to have had these Baguio King Strawberries shipped to Cebu city still looking luscious and mouthwatering.

This is a customized cheesecake that my client had asked to tweak by adding chocolate ganache for an additional cost. If you want your own customized cheesecake with your preferred flavor/topping of choice, let’s talk! I may be able to help you. 😉
