Sri Lanka’s coffee plantations thrive in the central highlands, where cool mountain air, rich volcanic soil, and balanced tropical rainfall create ideal growing conditions for premium coffee. ☕🌱

Most plantations are found in regions such as Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, and Badulla, where elevation ranges from 2,000 to 4,000 feet above sea level. These high-altitude conditions allow coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing complex flavors and a naturally smooth body.

The process begins with handpicking each coffee cherry, ensuring only the ripest are selected. After harvest, beans are carefully processed, dried, and graded to maintain consistent quality and flavor.

The result is Ceylon coffee with distinctive tasting notes — mild acidity, smooth texture, and subtle hints of cocoa and spice.

From the plantation to your cup, every step is done with care, preserving the natural richness of Sri Lanka’s highland coffee.
