Got questions before ordering? Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Where can I pick up my order?
📍 Midsayap Meet-up Points:
• JAM Bistro and Music Hub

📍 Davao Meet-up Points (add ₱25):
• Gaisano Grand Citygate Mall, Buhangin
• Damosa Gateway
• SM Lanang

🚚 For door-to-door delivery, we use Maxim. Delivery fee is shouldered by the buyer.

2. Can I request all 4 pieces in one flavor?
✔️ Yes, that’s possible! Just let us know your preferred flavor when ordering.

3. Do you have fixed delivery dates?
📅 Not fixed, but we recommend messaging us 1–2 days in advance of your preferred date so we can prepare accordingly.

4. Is it okay to chill or refrigerate the mochi?
⚠️ We don’t recommend refrigerating them, as the mochi base hardens when cold. Best enjoyed fresh on the same day!
If you need to store them, keep at room temperature only.

5. Is ₱150 good for 4 pieces?
Yes! Each box includes 4 pieces for ₱150 only.
