This Sunday, our team will be busy behind the PH bar operations, feeding a different crowd and doing what we do best: making sure there’s plenty to go around.

Filipinos don't need much of an excuse to celebrate. Birthdays, graduations, promotions, homecomings, anniversaries—or simply having everyone together in one room again.

Fresh greens, sweet mangoes, pomelo, tomatoes, onions, and the familiar crunch of dilis—brought together in one colorful bowl.

SALUHAN, EVERY SUNDAY.

For generations, Sundays in Filipino homes have had a rhythm of their own.

Church in the morning. A visit to Lola and Lolo. The whole family coming home. And somewhere in between, a table slowly filling with food.

Sunday was never just another day to eat. It was the day we made time to sit down together.

That tradition may look a little different today, but the heart of it remains: salu-salo.

So while we’re getting the kitchen ready for another Sunday buffet, we’re also getting ready for something much older than the meal itself — the Filipino tradition of coming together.

Some Sundays just call for a proper Filipino feast.

A slow morning, coffee and tsokolate, something savory on the plate, and a little bit of everything you grew up loving. Then, when the day winds down, there’s another table waiting for dinner.

This Sunday at Romualdo’s, take your pick:

BREAKFAST BUFFET
7:00 AM – 10:30 AM | ₱499

DINNER BUFFET
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM | ₱699

From beef tapa, adobo sa p**a, bibingka and suman in the morning to chicken inasal, kare-kare, tuna Bicol express and lechon kawali by dinner, Sunday tastes a little more like home at Romualdo’s.

Lunch service will be reserved for a private event.
