May isang dish na halos lahat ng handaan meron... pero alam mo bang mahigit 200 years na itong pinagsasaluhan sa iba't ibang bahagi ng mundo?

Sweet and Sour Fish.

Nagsimula ito sa China, kung saan pinagsama ang tamis at asim para balansehin ang lasa ng sariwang isda. Hanggang ngayon, isa pa rin ito sa mga pinakapaboritong dishes sa mga salu-salo dahil sa kakaibang kombinasyon ng flavors na hindi nakakasawa.

At honestly, gets namin kung bakit.

Yesterday, we had a very intimate event.

30 pax lang. Nothing fancy. Just family, good food, and a simple gathering to give thanks for all the blessings we’ve received.

But for us, it was more than just another event.

It was a thanksgiving for M’s.

Sa dami ng events na hinahandle namin, ngayon lang namin napansin…

Anniversary pala namin nung August 10.

5 years na pala ang M’s.

And somehow, we realized something.

We’ve been so busy preparing celebrations for everyone else, we almost forgot to celebrate our own.

Kaya for now, small thanksgiving muna.

A simple gathering. A good meal. A moment to pause, look back, and appreciate how far we’ve come.

Because when we started M’s five years ago, we only hoped that people would trust us with their celebrations.

Today, we’re still here because you did.

And you continue to do.

Kasi kung hindi dahil sa inyo, wala rin ang M’s.

May mga nagpa-book at nagpa-order na, kaya nagsimula na kaming mag-prepare ng food, ingredients, staff, at logistics…

Tapos ending, hindi pala tuloy. Minsan, hindi na rin namin makontak. 🥲

Kaya we learned our lesson.

Once you book with us, we reserve your date, allocate our team, prepare your ingredients and logistics, and sometimes turn down other inquiries for the same schedule.

Kaya kailangan din namin ng commitment from you.

50% DOWNPAYMENT = CONFIRMED BOOKING.

Hindi siya extra charge.
Hindi rin siya “trip lang namin.”

It simply tells us:

“M’s, tuloy ’to. I-reserve niyo na ang date ko.”
