The Sales Supervisor oversees the Sales team in making sure the overall corporate sales objective is met.
Functions:
• Leads, directs and motivates the sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.
• Revises and implements the sales strategic plans.
• Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• Provides a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Coordinates sales activities from all areas for timely update of sales.
• Works closely with Branch Manager and Operations Manager.
• Conducts visitation to accounts/area of distribution.
• Follow-up delinquent accounts.
• Manages the sales agents.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• College graduate, preferably with a degree in sales and marketing or business administration
• Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills
• Distribution and retail sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to multi-task
• Willing to travel
