- information technology has come a long way. What used to be advertising on milk cartons or newspapers has now moved to social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, etc. How is this important you may ask? This spreads word about your business. with the constant help of sharing and sharing your business word can get out. In Addition, technology. Majority has access to technology and with technology is social media. Its all connected with another which can lead to the profile of your business and what you can offer.

Business etiquettes are a must because how you face a customer from the facial expression to the tone and to your whole vibe can differ the outcome of certain situations. Greeting customers is one. The most common of all because this is when customers first see the business for itself. Another would be saying thank you or please and such. This creates an impact and leaves the customer satisfied due to the friendliness of the staff and how they handle being in front of customers. there are many etiquettes when it comes to being in a business. Its best to know what they are in order to maintain a professional image.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS:
Social media is such a big help when promoting your business. But the ones I would most definitely use are Facebook and Tiktok but will be leaning more towards Facebook. Everyone, especially in the Philippines where everyone has Facebook, will see your advertisement more frequently. Having friends share posts about your business can really give that a boost especially on whats trending these days. In this case, my business is a café and with so much people doing café hopping and doing work at a café and such it should be able to attract potential customers not just those around the area but also through social media.

Marketing - without making your business known it wouldnt have customers now would it? Marketing your business is important ESPECIALLY on the target market. Social Media does wonders when marketing your business to locals because it ensures that it reaches the targets and potential customers.

Sales - Coffee is a need for alot of people in the morning and even at night so sales will be rising and falling from time to time but it would also depend on the surrounding which is why SWOT is important when opening a business.

Operations - Hiring crew that know what they are doing will always be important because the flow of the business is also in their hands. Especially since it is a food and beverage business its important that the customers receive the best and kept safe from the product put out.

People - Night Owl Cafes target market are those that enjoy coffee and most especially those that are working late nights that want to grab something or work in the cafe.

Finance - When opening a business, one of your goal is to make profit. Being able to understand the finance of your business is very important because you can know how much you are making monthly to be able to still keep the business running and pay for bills and salary for the employees. Opening a Cafe is risky because there are already alot wherever you go so being openminded about the opportunities of the business should be done all the time. Getting creative with opportunities can enhance the profit of the business.

1. Digital Cash Register - These are essential when running a business especially like a cafe because it stores the money safely and this keeps records of money going in and out.

2. Security Cameras - Security is always important not just from thieves but from possible incidents inside the business that would need concrete evidence when dealt with later on

3. Mobile Phone - With the rise of online ordering like through FoodPanda or GrabFoods its one of the most convenient methods for some customers who are not planning on being physically at the cafe

4. Audit - With a business that cash flow is always present its best to have audit to ensure the organization of profit and loss

5. Maintenance - Since it is a coffee shop, its best to always maintain the tools and gadgets used on a daily basis because these are what keeps the business going. without proper maintenance this could cost you to buy or repair the broken equipments.
