Sweet Sofia's Cakery endeavours to offer freshly baked cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies, and assorted pastries made to order from scratch. The cakery bakes and decorates cakes customized for your special celebrations. We also make fried empanadas -- specialty pies, the recipe of which was handed down and taught by Dorie's culinary mom, Mama Acion. Not a lot of desserts can bring the feeling of sheer happiness , sweet comfort and simple homey goodness evoked by a homemade cake. Sweet Sofia's homemade cakes and pastries hope to bring back that feeling. They are a delight to eat and a pleasure to serve.
