We’re (Finally) Leaving Grab. But It’s a Process.

We’re officially in the process of off-boarding from GrabFood PH. Why? Because we’re tired of the delays, the lack of support, and the ridiculous commissions they take in real time, while our payouts and reimbursements take weeks.

We do our part. We prepare your orders on time, every time. But Grab’s rider delays? That’s on them. Food sits out too long. Orders get cancelled. Customers get frustrated. And we’re left dealing with the mess and the cost.

That said, in true Grab fashion, even our off-boarding is delayed. So yes, for now, we’re still on GrabFood, especially for those who find it most convenient (especially our foreign customers). But know this:
The better, faster, and cheaper way to order is directly through us.

Let’s break this down again since you still haven’t sorted this out. From March 21 to March 27, you’ve only managed to pay out March 24 and March 25. So where are the payouts for March 21, 22, 23, 26, and 27?

You claim payouts take 1 to 3 banking days, yet we’re way past that for multiple days now. What exactly is the delay? Why are we still waiting? And don’t bother sending another scripted response—we need real answers and proof of processing.

At this point, this isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a serious financial issue affecting multiple businesses. If this isn’t processed today, it means another weekend delay, pushing our payouts even further into next week. That is inexcusable. You take your commissions on time, every time, but when it’s time to pay us, all we get are delays, vague excuses, and zero accountability.

Since Grab is failing to uphold its responsibility, we will be escalating this issue to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and any other relevant regulatory bodies that can step in and ensure merchants are paid what we are owed—on time. Enough is enough. Fix this now

GrabFood PH can’t allocate riders, causing massive delays—but they also won’t let us message customers to inform them. Every update we try to send gets deleted. How are we supposed to give our customers a heads-up or offer them a solution? Instead, they leave customers waiting with no explanation, making it look like it’s our fault. Where’s the accountability, Grab?

Order was placed at 6:54 PM. GrabFood estimated a driver would arrive by 7:41 PM. It’s now 8:16 PM—35 minutes past the promised time—and still no rider. How is this fair to both us and our customers, Grab?

To our valued customers, we sincerely apologize for the delay. We always do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and we’ve been trying to reach out to keep you informed. But now, Grab is blocking or deleting our messages when we try to give you a heads-up about delays or even suggest alternative delivery options—because it’s deemed ‘inappropriate.’ At this point, we don’t know what else we can do. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.🙏🏽
