Trivia: He was born on Feb 4, 1942 ( I could be wrong) but his mom registered his birth later due to the outbreak of World War II, when the Japanese began invading the country. So they had to flee Cebu and went in hiding in the mountains of Negros.
Hence we always celebrate his birthday every 6th of Feb.
