We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting day-to-day sales activities, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals and quotes, and following up on sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to market and competitor analysis, relationship development, and sales reporting.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who:
Meet sales targets.
Conduct day-to-day sales activities, including making cold phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals or quotes according to customer requirements, and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate.
Collect and analyze market and competitor information to propose improvements to management.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Provide accurate and timely sales reporting as required by management.
Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
Proven experience in B2B business development or sales for industrial equipment, ideally geospatial or wind industry.
Ability to work autonomously and be a key member in a busy and energetic team environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Experiences with CRM system, ideally with Zoho.
Can-do attitude.
