It is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 and should not be represented as a PRC, CSC, TESDA, CHED, or any other government professional license.
