Indian food has been one of the best and underrated flavors of asia, and though mostly intimidating because of its heat and use of spices, it shouldnt be undermined for what it is. Heat is what gives its flavor, and with India being the last living civilization still carrying hidden flavors and stories from the past, there's just more to uncover each and every day. KhanaSutra offers a wide range o

f items in the menu that stems in different regions of India, and we aim to introduce those underrated flavors with "India in a bowl" or jokingly with our "bumbai bowls". You could have an adventure with 27 different herbs and spices embedded with our Masala Keema's soul ; Topped with minced onions, chilies, herbs and fresh cilantro, it's surely strong enough to keep you going in this type of weather and this life. We're also bringing the humble Tuna and milkfish up the ranks of the foodchain with some fiery spices. Don't let this dish fool you though, our tuna sisig might look simple and light, but it packs enough of a punch to keep your palate filled with heat and explosive flavors. You could also try our butter chicken , hailing in from the northwestern region in India, this dish was an accidental discovery after meeting a customer's demand to have a Chicken dish with a thick gravy, buttery like sauce.With three types of butter and dairy used in this dish, it's been in our top 3 since 2017 and its thick and luscious sauce is still touching people's hearts today. its thick, packed with flavors and always there to pick you up.
