Straight from the farm and locally sourced from Hillsbrook Farm, Socorro, Siargao Island.
We just received a fresh batch today, ready for you when Eco opens tomorrow!

🥛 Unhomogenized, pasteurized whole cow’s milk
🌿 Locally sourced

Because the milk is unhomogenized, the natural cream may rise and collect at the top when chilled — that’s completely normal! Just give the bottle a good shake before drinking.

This is not UHT milk — it’s pasteurized whole milk with its natural fats left unhomogenized.

Daily Lunches is here! 🌿🥗

Fresh, homemade lunches ready when you are—perfect after a surf, between meetings, or simply when you don’t feel like cooking.

This week’s menu includes golden chicken or crispy tofu, soft-boiled eggs with homemade tzatziki, fresh tuna, creamy pesto pasta, and our slow-cooked pork belly. Every lunch is prepared fresh on the day using ingredients we proudly serve in our shop.
