Pinangunahan ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) sa pamumuno ni LDRRM Officer III Enrico M. Hosmillo, MLGOO Brian Ballon, ABC Renato Lat ang nasabing aktibidad ng pagpaplano. Tinalakay dito ang mga plano at paano maiisagawa depende sa kinakaharap na risko at kapasidad ng kada barangay.
Nagsilbi namang speakers sina Ibaan MLGOO Arlene Banaag at Tingloy MLGOO Pedryan Cris Mendoza.
Ang pagsasanay ay dinaluhan ng mga pangulo,kalihim,ingat yaman at disaster prevention focal person ng 26 na barangay.
Nagbigay din ng mensahe ng pagsuporta sina Municipal Administrator Atty. Ron Jayson Garcia, SB Comm. Chairman on Disaster and Resiliency Hon. John Joseph G. Comia at Hon. Redian J. Duenas.
Layon ng pagsasanay na makabuo ng updated BDRRMP per barangay para sa taong 2027-2029 upang mas maging planado at handa ang kada barangay pagdating sa mga sakuna at kalamidad.
