To everyone who made Mix & Match Noodle Hub more than just a stall — this one’s for you.
Three days. Seventy-two hours. A lifetime of memories. It started with hammers and hope in the cramped chaos of ICCBI Gymnasium, where we built our stall from scratch — nail by nail, splinter by splinter, dream by dream. Day One nearly broke us. Three tables, endless orders, and stress that tested every ounce of patience we had. We went home wondering if we’d survive another day. But we came back. Day Two, we came back stronger, armed with lessons from our failures and fueled by your belief in us. We became the top sales of the entire expo — not because we were perfect, but because we refused to quit. Day Three brought our victory: the Business Top Gross Profit Award. Standing there with that certificate, we realized this was never just about noodles. It was about nine people learning that when you build something with your hands and pour your soul into it, magic happens.
We have to talk about Jair — our face, our hype man, our walking billboard who gave everything to make this dream visible. The guy who got drenched in one of our advertising videos and didn’t even flinch because that’s the level of dedication he brought every single day. Jair didn’t just promote us; he became the heartbeat of Mix & Match. People came for the noodles, but they came back because you made them feel like family. You turned strangers into regulars with nothing but your energy and your heart. Thank you for being unapologetically, brilliantly you. You carried us in ways we can’t even put into words. 🎤✨
To our incredible customers — our schoolmates, friends from other schools, and strangers who took a chance on us — thank you. You didn’t just buy noodles. You bought into our dream. You were patient when we were slow, kind when we were stressed, and you cheered us on when we barely believed in ourselves. “Empowering Young Entrepreneurs through Innovation, Collaboration, and Compassion” was the expo’s theme, but YOU showed us what it truly meant. This wasn’t just our victory — it was ours together.
The stall may be dismantled and the wood packed away, but what we built here stays forever. Thank you for every order, every smile, every moment you made us feel like we were doing something that mattered. We came to sell noodles. We left with a family.
With full hearts and endless gratitude,
The Mix & Match Noodle Hub Family

The stall may be gone, but the spice remains. 🔥
