Jungle Town's Historic First: Whole Aged Tuna Cutting Show!

​Last night, history was made at Jungle Town! We successfully hosted the Philippines' FIRST-EVER Whole Aged Tuna Cutting Show. 🐟🔪
​While most restaurants only age specific parts, Jungle Town has set a new industry standard by aging the entire a giant tuna. This pioneering method maximizes both the freshness and the extraordinary depth of flavor. Researching and experimenting to ensure our customers' ultimate satisfaction is a core philosophy here at Jungle Town.
​Every single slice served last night was a masterpiece. The rich umami and melting texture, packed with nutrition, literally dissolved on the tongue. 🍣✨
​It was truly heartwarming to see our restaurant transform into a vibrant party venue, where lovers, families, and friends gathered to celebrate this spectacular culinary experience. (Check out the photos and videos to see the amazing atmosphere and the stunning cuts of tuna!)

Seeing the sheer amazement on your faces as we served the 3-day, 0–2°C aged 50kg bluefin tuna—bursting with rich umami and melting on your tongue—made all our hard work worthwhile. Thank you for making it a night to remember! 🐟✨

Did you miss out or want to experience that incredible taste again? Don't worry! Due to the overwhelming success and popular demand, we are thrilled to announce that our Tuna Cutting Show will now be a MONTHLY EVENT!
When: Next Month, October (Date to be announced soon / Stay tuned!)
Time: 6:00 PM onwards
Where: Jungle Town
What to Expect: A whole aged giant tuna, live master cutting, and exclusive fresh cuts (Akami, Chutoro, Otoro) served at their absolute peak of aging perfection!
