The Negros Event and Wedding Planners Association (NEWPA) would like to clarify that the Association 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 circulating regarding supplier cancellations in a certain event.

As professionals in the events industry, we uphold integrity, ethical standards, professionalism, and respect towards fellow suppliers and coordinators. We also 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙚𝙧 “𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬,” as these do not reflect the values and professionalism practiced by many in the industry.

NEWPA remains committed to 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙨 as we continue to elevate the standards of the events industry.
