Hello taco friends! We’re counting down to our last days of the year. To show our gratitude to everyone who supported us from the very start, we’re keeping our doors open for pre-orders on Dec 4, 5, 6, and 7, so we can cater to all your taco cravings!

From Dec 8 onwards, we’ll be busy with holiday party trays and bulk orders, but don’t worry! We’ll be back on January 4, possibly with a new menu.

🌶️ What chiles are in our birria?

Our birria is packed with real Mexican chiles: chile ancho, chile guajillo, and chile de árbol. These three work together to build that deep, rich flavor. Ancho brings a soft sweetness, guajillo adds a bright smoky body, and árbol lifts with a sharp, lively heat. The result is a birria that’s full, warm, and loaded with character!

Is it spicy?
For some, yes. But for most, not really. It’s more smoky than hot. The heat is there, but it doesn’t overpower. What it does is make every bite taste fuller and better.
