The Best Coffee in the world should be harvested and picked at the right time. Coffee cherries should be picked red. This is the advice of Mr. Jun Gepte of Maguindanao coffee, the 2020 winner of AVPA International "Best Coffee in the world".

With our successful launching of Cafe de Alfonso by ACCGA Alfonso Cavite Coffee Growers Association at the Manila Coffee Festival we ran out of stocks for now. SOLD out po tayo. Once available na po ang new stocks you can buy them at Tablea Batirol store sa Poblacion po. For now they are the authorized reseller of Cafe de Alfonso.

Sa matagal na panahon ang kapeng itinanim ng mga magkakape sa Alfonso ay karaniwan ng binibili ng mga traders sa mga karatig bayan. Matapos nilang ma roast at ipackage ay kanila ng ibenebenta sa kanilang brand. Kaya naman sa taong ito ay lubos lubos ang pasasalamat ng ACCGA Alfonso Cavite Coffee Growers Association sa aming napakasipag at very supportive na Mayor Randy Salamat para sa inspirasyon at idea na magkaroon ng One Alfonso, One coffee na tatawaging "Cafe de Alfonso". Maraming salamat din sa Alfonso Turismo Head, Louis Miguel Rom Ilustrisimo na syang walang sawa na nagpropromote ng ating kape sa Alfonso at si Joel Credo MAO Head na syang nangangalaga ng ating mga kapehan. Pinasasalamatan din namin ang aming Technical partner na si Rich Watanabe ng The Coffee Heritage Project and Coffee Science Center na syang gabay namin sa coffee roasting. At higit sa lahat salamat sa lahat ng miyembro at officers ng samahan ng magkakape sa Alfonso sa pangunguna ng aming Chairman Armando Credo na nagkaisa para sa isang Alfonso, isang Kape "Cafe de Alfonso".
