BÁNH MÌ JOURNEY IS NOW OPEN FOR FRANCHISING!
What started as one small shop has grown into something much bigger and our Journey is just getting started.
We’re excited to announce that Bánh Mì Journey is now welcoming franchise partners who want to bring our concept to their own communities.
We’re looking for passionate partners who believe in Vietnamese food, great customer experiences, and the potential to grow together with us.
As a Bánh Mì Journey franchise partner, you’ll receive support with location selection, store design, menu setup, suppliers, training, operations, marketing, and grand opening preparation.

Bánh Mì Journey — Sunday Matcha Mood
Sunday at Bánh Mì Journey feels a little slower. ❤️
The lunch rush hasn’t started yet, the bread is ready, and someone behind the counter is already whisking the first matcha of the day. 🍵
There’s something satisfying about watching that little green swirl come together.
And lately we’ve been having way too much fun with matcha , banana matcha, pistachio, tiramisu… every time we say “okay, that’s enough flavours,” another idea shows up. 😂
So consider this your Sunday reminder:
Get the bánh mì.
Get the matcha.
You can be responsible again on Monday. 😌

When we opened our very first Bánh Mì Journey, we never imagined one day we'd be standing here, unlocking the door to Store #7. ❤️

There were long days, sleepless nights, mistakes, lessons, and countless sandwiches made with our hands. Every new location has been another chapter, and every customer has been part of the story.

Today, that story continues.

Bánh Mì Journey #7 is officially open. 🥖✨

If you're walking along Bloor Street and catch the smell of fresh bánh mì or Vietnamese coffee, that's us. Come in, say hello, and let us make you something we'll be proud to serve.

Thank you for believing in a little red bánh mì with a big dream.

Welcome to Bánh Mì Journey #7. The adventure continues. ❤️

Saturday plans: find something CRISPY. 🥖🔥
Crunchy bánh mì. Juicy crispy pork. Fresh cucumber, pickles, cilantro and that sauce that brings everything together.
The hardest part?
Trying to take a nice photo before taking the first bite. 😂
Weekend adventure starts with bánh mì. ❤️⭐️

Some people see a golf tournament. We see a community coming together.
Early this morning, as the course came alive with laughter, handshakes, and friendly competition, seeing the Bánh Mì Journey sign standing beside the green reminded us how far we've come.
What started as a dream has grown because of the incredible support from our customers, friends, and community. Every sandwich we make, every cup of Vietnamese coffee we serve, and every smile we receive has helped us take another step forward.
Today, we're proud to give back by supporting an event that brings people together.
A special thank you to VGC for welcoming us as a tournament sponsor. It is an honor to be part of such a wonderful event, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to support the local community.
This is just the beginning of our journey. We hope to continue supporting more local events, building meaningful relationships, and sharing the flavors of Vietnam with even more people.
Thank you for believing in us.
