❄️ School Holidays are over… and so are our holiday hours! ☕

A huge thank you to everyone who visited us over the break. It was wonderful to see so many locals, travellers and whānau through our doors. We really appreciate your support (and your patience during the busy morning tea and lunch rushes!).

From Monday, we’re heading back to our winter hours:

🕘 Open daily: 9:00am – 3:00pm

The fire will still be on, the coffee will still be flowing, and we’ll still have your favourite cabinet treats and fresh meals waiting for you.

We look forward to seeing you soon at Brown Sugar Café. 🤎

❄️ **School Holidays are here!** ☕🔥

The fire is on, the coffee machine is hot, and we're open **every day from 8:00am to 4:00pm** during the holidays!

If previous school holidays are anything to go by, we'll be keeping the team busy! So if you've got your eye on your favourite cabinet treat or lunch, don't leave it too late... once it's gone, it's gone!

Our coffee machine will be going strong right through until **4:00pm**. ☕

A little patience during the busy morning tea and lunch rush is always appreciated. Our team will work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you know us for.

Experienced Barista (part/full-time)
Experienced Orders Cook (part-time)

Fast-paced café — we’re looking for people who can step in and handle busy service.

We are especially interested in applicants available on:

Barista: Sundays & Mondays
Orders Cook: Mondays, Fridays & Sundays

One Weekend Day + some public holiday availability required.
Rostered shifts, with some flexibility available with notice.
Additional hours may be available to cover leave and peak periods.
