Best of luck boys โ€” weโ€™ll be cheering you on all the way to nationals! ๐Ÿ’ช

Huge shout out to the boys ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

Ben Barbour (Putaruru), Cam Clayton (Te Aroha) and Toby Christensen (Putaruru) for stepping up to represent Waikato in the FMG Young Farmer of the Year Region-Off competition.

Ben and Toby are competing together in the Waikato Junior Young Farmer team, while Cam is representing Wai/Bop Regional Young Farmers . Alongside competing for national honours in New Plymouth this July, they are also working hard to earn points for the Waikato region.

If Waikato/Bay of Plenty comes out on top, the Wai/Bop Regional Young Farmers region will receive $5,000 for Rural Support Trust - helping us continue supporting rural people and communities when they need it most.

Weโ€™re incredibly proud to see these young rural leaders giving it their all, not only for themselves and their clubs, but also for the wider rural community.
