🏁🔥 WE’RE BACK WHERE IT ALL BEGAN! 🔥🏁

Tomorrow we’re heading back to the dirt with MotoX Events – Natural Terrain Motocross 💥🏍️

This one’s a little special for us because motocross is where The Shot journey really began — parked up trackside, slinging coffees, surrounded by bikes, mud, families and good people. ☕️🤎

Fast forward to today and we’re still doing what we love — caffeinating our community wherever the events take us! 🙏

So tomorrow it’s back to our roots at 156–180 Quail Valley Road for a wicked day of natural terrain motocross.

🌸 HELZ 5K | WALK. SIP. SUPPORT. 🌸

We’re putting together a fundraiser for our Helz… and naturally, we’ve decided a sensible 5km walk should probably involve a few drinking spots to quench the thirst along the way 😂🍻

The plan:

👟 Start at Catch
🍺 5km-ish ‘pub’ crawl around Tahuna
🪷Walk, sip at the spots , laugh & raise some money for Helz
🥃 Finish back at Catch
🎁 Spot prizes
🍻 Drinks
🍟 Food
🎶 Good tunes
💕A whole lot of love

Not a race.
Definitely not a serious sporting event.
And alcohol is absolutely optional 😂

We’re just pulling the pieces together now, but before we get carried away…

💥 SOUTH ISLAND SNOOKER TOURNAMENT 💥

It’s fantastic to see so many players, supporters, and families travelling from right across the South Island to Nelson for this incredible 3 day tournament at Club Waimea.

Events like this are about so much more than snooker. They bring visitors into our region, filling accommodation, supporting local cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, and businesses. It’s exactly the kind of boost our hospitality industry has been needing, and it’s awesome to see our community coming together to support it.

We’re proud to be parked up at Club Waimea for all 3 days, keeping everyone fuelled with their favourite coffees, hot chocolates, frappés, smoothies, and cold drinks. ☕️🔥

To everyone competing, good luck! Play well, enjoy the tournament, and make the most of your time here in beautiful Nelson.

What a night at T Park! ☕🏉🔥

We’ve been lucky enough to be caffeinating T Park for a few years now, and I just want to say that last night’s setup was absolutely outstanding.

From a vendor’s point of view, everything flowed so much better. Customer access to the carts was easier, the placement of the vendors was spot on, and the whole event just felt well thought out.

A massive shout-out to Shannon and the team at the Tasman Mako, you guys absolutely nailed it. The place was packed, it was freezing cold, and both of our coffee vans were in hot demand,

Lastly, I just want to say thank you to every single one of you who came over, waved, sent a message, or stopped to ask how my beautiful wifey is doing on her cancer journey. Your kindness means more than you’ll ever know.

I know there were quite a few of you I didn’t get the chance to have a proper chat with. Please don’t think I was ignoring you—we were just run off our feet trying to keep up with the coffees! But I saw you, I heard your words, and I genuinely appreciate every bit of love and support you’ve shown our whānau.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for continuing to support local, support The Shot Mobile, and most importantly, for supporting us through one of the toughest chapters of our lives.

☕❤️ Today was about saying thank you. ❤️☕

Today we surprised some special people with coffees for the incredible team at the Chemotherapy Unit.

To most people, they’re doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals. But to the families walking the cancer journey, they’re so much more. They become a source of comfort, hope and strength on the hardest days.

Thank you guys so, so much for looking after my wifey. ❤️

There are no words that can truly express how grateful we are for the love, kindness and compassion you’ve shown her, and for the support you’ve given our whānau. You don’t just administer treatment, you listen, you encourage, you comfort, and you make some of the toughest days just that little bit easier.

The care you give goes far beyond medicine. You make people feel seen, valued and never alone.

Today’s coffee shout was only a small way of saying thank you for everything you do, not just for my wifey, but for every person and every family who walks through your doors.

Ngā mihi nui. We appreciate you more than words can ever say.
