A sad day…

| Kiwi actor Sam Neill has died, his family has announced.

"It is with immense sadness that the whānau of Sam Neill share the news of his passing on Monday 13th July, in Sydney Australia," a statement reads.

"Sam was surrounded by family and passed with the dignity that has characterised his whole life."

Have you ever wanted to learn the traditional craft of handcrafted log building?

The Log Building Association of New Zealand (LBANZ) and Natural Log Homes are excited to announce our 2027 Log Building Course, taking place in Geraldine, New Zealand from 5th to 21st April 2027.

Spend 13 days immersed in a real working log building yard, learning from experienced builders while helping construct an actual log structure. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience and learn skills that have been passed down through generations.

Spaces are limited, so early registration is recommended.
