This reel brought back so many good memories of our many journeys from Joburg to the seaside or eastern Transvaal.

Stopping at the picnic spots along the road (meanwhile we started snacking as we hit the M2 double decker 🤪) Drumsticks, dik sarmies, meatballs, boiled eggs in a sakkie with sout en peper...... so lekker.
Dont forget the wet jammerlappie in a plastic bag to wipe sticky hands.

The myriad of one stop garages just don't have the same feel.
