We use only the very best quality Spanish rice from the Albufera Nature reserve Valencia, or from Delta D’Ebre Nature Reserve. All ingredients are of the very best quality, we of necessity have to use some frozen seafood, ( we dont live in Spain!) but all other ingredients are locally sourced and fresh

✨ Celebrating the One Christchurch Office Launch ✨

Earlier this week, the Trimble Christchurch team came together to celebrate the completion of our One Christchurch office renovations and the official launch of our refreshed space.

The afternoon kicked off with a fantastic lunch from Casa Paella LTD a, serving tapas and paella while teams explored the building and checked out all the new enhancements. Rollickin added a sweet touch with ice cream and sorbet, while our new social hub and Atrium quickly became the heart of the celebration.

We then gathered for our in-person Q1 GEM before finishing the day with live music from Willie MacArthur, along with drinks and light refreshments as everyone connected and enjoyed the new space.

The renovation marks an exciting new chapter for the Christchurch office, creating a more collaborative and welcoming environment for our team. A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing the One Christchurch vision to life and to those who joined the celebration.

Here’s to many great moments ahead in our new space! 🎉
