Our decorator Josie, is qualified in Level 4 Patisserie (Top of the Class, Most Outstanding Student 2015) and Level 3 Cookery (2nd In class, 2014) and Food Safety 167 and 168. Please realize that although I love being able to provide cakes for all occasions, time is precious and in order to avoid disappointment please book well in advance. Additionally a 50% non-refundable deposit is generally required at least TWO weeks before the cakes completion.
