First up, pork and prawn wonton soup, fragrant ginger broth with a hint of chilli and peanut crack for crunch.
So good, so light, so tasty!

Everyone’s favourite, chicken maryland, marinated with orange blossom caramel, this has Middle Eastern vibes with labneh, charred carrots and spring onion, rounded off with preserved lemon pistachio dukkah and fresh herbs. Lots going on but all singing in harmony ❤️
