In preparation to move breakfast to the rooftop in October & the summer season for hotel guests and locals alike, The Residency will no longer be open for Breakfast once level 2 resumes, however, keep your eyes peeled for our new Lobby Bar set to open late 2021. Adjacent to the hotel entry, our Lobby Bar will be a welcoming destination. Whether you’re waiting for a table at our new restaurant coming soon and the rooftop bar or simply wish to relax in the light-filled pared back lounge area, the cocktail-ready spot will take a a candid and unfussy approach. We look forward to seeing you soon. Check out Pink Lady Rooftop for her operating hours in Level 2.

We are looking for a passionate and talented cook to join the team on a part time/casual basis in our café serving breakfast 2 days a week (flexible days on offer)
Kitchens are the backbone of our business, so whether you’re starting out, or a seasoned veteran, take the next step in your career with us.
• 1+ year relevant experience in the industry
• Food preparation, cooking, and seasoning knowledge
• Good knife skills and a desire to learn.
• An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
