What a busy week! I’m so grateful for all your support!

This week's pick is another one of my favourite flavours, a classic name but definitely not a simple taste.

Made with fluffy chocolate sponge, silky milk chocolate ganache and smooth dark chocolate mousse, all made with real chocolate. Each layer brings a different depth of chocolate flavour, creating a rich and indulgent taste in every bite. 🍫🤎

Hi everyone, another fresh start to the week ✨

Say goodbye to yesterday’s chilly weather we’re finally getting some beautiful sunshine this morning! ☀️

For me, weekends are usually a good excuse to prepare some sweet treats, so my family and I have something to look forward to during the week 😄

This time, I decided to have a little play with the flavours — soft chocolate sponge layered with smooth chocolate mousse and creamy matcha, then filled with fresh strawberries!

It was amazing! Rich chocolate brings a gentle sweetness, while matcha adds a subtle bitterness and earthy depth. Juicy, slightly tangy strawberries then lighten everything up, leaving a fresh and refreshing finish.

All these flavours come together beautifully, wrapped in a soft and moist chocolate sponge, giving you a lovely mix of rich, creamy, earthy and refreshing flavours in every bite🍓🍓🍓

If you’re a matcha and chocolate lover, you’ve got to try this!

How’s everyone going with your weekend? 😊

We usually have a movie night on Friday or Saturday, when my daughter is allowed to stay up a little later. We pick a movie of her choice, and I’ll prepare something to go with it.

This time, I decided to do something a little fun! Instead of the usual popcorn, we had a cheese and dessert platter — and it definitely kept everyone happy. 😆

Of course, I had to include my all-time favourite — strawberry cake, along with some homemade cookie sandwiches, Oreos, fresh fruit and cheese.

We got to enjoy a little wine, while my little one had her Coke. Just sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the movie night together. 🍓🍷✨

This cake is been my all time favourite. Fuffy sponge with layered strawberry and coated in lightly whipped vanilla cream.
Just the right balance between sweet and tangyness 🍓
