Entry into a iTi page giveaway on Facebook (“Promotion”) is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is the West Auckland Trusts Services, 3044 Great North Road, New Lynn, Auckland.
3. The Promotion is open to all Auckland residents aged 18 and above, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies and agencies associated
with this promotion, and the immediate families of all such employees.
4. Entry into the Promotion consists of an eligible entrant commenting or posting a picture under specific page post on the iTi page as directed in the page post during the time frame specified in the page post (“Promotion Period”). Following the Promotion page post, the winner(s) will be chosen from the comments or pictures posted and asked to private message their contact details to the iTi page to arrange collection of their prize.
5. Comments will be monitored and any offensive or inappropriate comments will be removed and are not eligible for the competition.
6. No entries will be accepted after the Promotion Period closes following the Promotion page post. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt on the page and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or lost and takes no responsibility for any entries not lodged correctly through the iTi page.
7. The prize winner(s) will be contacted by the Promoter within 24 hours of the end of the Promotion Period, or on the following Monday if the promotion runs later than 5.00pm on a Friday.
8. If the winning entrant does not supply their details within 48 hours of being contacted via Facebook and reasonable measures have been taken by or on behalf of the Promoter to make contact with the winner, that prize will be given away to another selected entry from all remaining valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. The prize winner(s) or someone nominated by the prize winner must collect the prize from iTi, 421 Titirangi Road, Titirangi
10. The value of the prize will be described (if possible) in the Promotion page post. In the event that any of the elements of the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter will endeavour to substitute prizes of equal value. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11. The selection results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
13. By entering the Promotion, you agree to the use of your name and the content of your page comment for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will own copyright for any such answers for all material.
14. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter, its employees and agents and Facebook will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.
15. The Promoter may amend these Terms and Conditions or cease the Promotions at any time.

Iti’s Bottomless Brunch is an R18 event only. The 90-minute package begins at the confirmed booking start time. Late arrivals do not incur late start time. The package applies to all guests at the table. We do not offer discounts for those who are not consuming alcohol as non-alcoholic beverages are served as part of the package. Iti complies with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and therefore enforce the responsible consumption of alcohol by all our guests. Guests will not be served more than one beverage at a time as part of the bottomless brunch package. We offer non-alcoholic beverages and food at all times and will stop service to any intoxicated persons.
