Kia ora nz my name is Monx. I am Caribbean living here now and recently decided to showcase my culture through great food in Aotearoa. Currently I setup at Britomart market every Saturday selling Chow. The most beautiful fruit bowl you will ever taste in your life. Chow is a spicy sweat tangy fruit bowl that would make you ask for more straight away. It consist of chopped pineapple and green mango apples and green pear tossed through a secret green herb sauce salt lime chilli and sometimes you get it with a Chinese salted prune. Scientifically proven to life your mood hydrate and make you healthier and happier human.
Doubles is the most popular streetfood in the twin island of Trinidad and Tobago. It consist of two fried flatbread we call a Barra topped with a curry chickpeas cucumber chutney homemade tamarind Chadon beni and chilli sauces a must try dish that accompanies the chow very well.
