Grilled Pink Snapper — Sicilian caponata, preserved lemon risotto, seasonal greens. Clean, bright, and honestly stunning on the plate.

Braised Pork Belly — truffle potato mash, apple puree, cider jus. The one that makes the table go quiet.

Chocolate Fondant — salted caramel ice cream. We don't need to say anything else about this one.
