🔬 WE'RE HIRING: COFFEE LAB OPERATOR
Fancy working with some of the best coffees on the planet, right by the water in Amsterdam?
We're looking for a Lab Operator to join our riverside office. You'll be at the heart of our daily coffee operations – roasting, cupping, sample management, and keeping our lab running like clockwork.
If you:
☕ Have affinity & experience in specialty coffee
☕ Have roasting, green coffee & cupping skills
☕ Are structured, independent, and proactive
☕ Speak English
☕ And have had some hands-on experience in a coffee role (roastery, café, QC, etc)

As a Coffee Lab Operator, you'll be involved in roasting, cupping, quality control, sample production, and sensory evaluation. The role combines hands‑on coffee work with operational responsibility and offers room to grow.
You'll collaborate closely with both our sourcing and sales teams, helping suppliers and customers make informed, quality‑driven decisions.

Strong plus:
