🌿 A Vegetarian Feast from the Villages of Bengal 🌿

Dear friends, I’m happy to announce my next Jhims Kitchen Supper Club — this time celebrating the beautiful vegetarian food and folk traditions of Bengal. ❤️

📅 Saturday, 26 September
⏰ 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Uithoorn
💶 €45 per person

The evening will feature a traditional Bengali vegetarian feast with Mochar Chop, Luchi, Aloo Dum, Sona Moong Dal, Bori r jhal , Shukto, Echorer Dhoka, Aam er Jhol, Nolen Gur er Patisapta and more, along with a complimentary Dhoraj Ghol.

🎨 And this supper club is not only about food! We will also enjoy a small Bengali & Dutch folk-art workshop, bringing two cultures together through food, art, stories and creativity.

Please note that this is an AICS community event. Entry is by ticket and is available for AICS students, parents, and staff.

Today’s Bengali Cooking Workshop brought together an inspiring group of women from the food industry in the Netherlands—food bloggers, food testers, packaging directors, designers, cookbook writers, and many other passionate professionals.
