Om de gevolgen van deze overdonderende pandemie te overleven, hebben we besloten om de concepten van onze wijnbar, pizzeria en à la carte te verenigen tot één concept. We gaan verder met één sterk restaurant O’Pazzo en hopelijk met gelukkigere gasten. Kiezen hoeft dus niet meer, want je krijgt alle drie de O’Pazzo ervaringen op één tafel, verzameld op één mooi menu! Onze filosofie
We merken allema

al hoe snel de wereld om ons heen verandert, of we het nu willen of niet! We realiseren ons dat we moeten blijven ontwikkelen om bij de tijd te blijven, in plaats van onze ogen te sluiten voor wat voor ons staat. Daarom denken wij dat O’Pazzo ook zijn deel moet bijdragen in dit proces van constante veranderingen, hopelijk ten goede! Uiteindelijk begint al het moois met een enkele beslissing vanuit onszelf als individuen.

Crowned by our staff as the most beautiful pizza on the menu, our Pizza Pistacchiosa is sure to beat anything you’ll find in the city. Then again any dough our pizzaiolo’s touch turns into gold anyway🤷‍♂️💙

Simple cooking, with the very best ingredients. The classic steak tartare never gets boring, and at our place, it only gets better. Italian philosophy with an O’Pazzo attitude. Can’t beat that💙

THE MENU HAD A LITTLE WORK DONE

New dishes with summer flavours and undeniable as always. Just to add insult to injury for our competition: The PIZZA O’PAZZO TRE has now become a permanent menu item. Made by chef Michael van der Kroft for the opening of O’Pazzo on the Witte de With, we decided to extend the instant love affair we had with his pizza.

The rest of the new heavy hitters like our PESCE ALL’ACQUA PAZZA? You’ll just have to come and taste💙
