Blue is the new black! 💙
This custom birthday cake was created for a very special gentleman who loves the color blue and can’t resist fresh fruit! 🍓

✨Behind that vibrant blue exterior hides a rich and decadent interior:
🍫 Decalicious chocolate sponge layers
🍓 Juicy fresh fruit filling
☁️ Smooth cocoa and chocolate mousse
The top is beautifully decorated with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a touch of mint for that perfect fresh finish.
🌿The best part? The birthday boy was absolutely thrilled and loved every single bite! Hearing that feedback is why I love what I do so much. 🥰

A few weeks ago, I took a little detour from my usual cake geometry to dive deep into the world of French pastry, and wow... what an eye-opening experience! 🤯👩‍🍳

I attended a highly professional macaron masterclass, and to say I learned a lot would be a massive understatement. I walked away with brand-new techniques, a refined process, and—honestly?—a whole new level of respect for these delicate little treats.
They might look small and cute, but macarons are pure science and art combined! 🧪✨A huge thank you to Agata for this amazing opportunity. My pastry game officially feels upgraded! 💪

Now, the real question is... who wants to see some fresh, perfectly-footed macarons on the grid soon? 😉👇

Very delicate, fluffy, and creamy, yet still delicious and not too sweet. Layers of classic vanilla sponge cake layered with strawberry jelly and cream ganache. The crisp layer of white chocolate and puff pastry added a surprising element. The cake's elegant appearance with black ribbons is broken up by a light buttercream decoration. I created this cake for a special client's birthday. What kind of cake would you like for your birthday? A classic sponge cake or perhaps a modern mousse cake.
