Vandaag stellen we jullie voor aan onze HR afdeling. Deze twee enthousiaste dames spelen een cruciale rol in het vinden en ondersteunen van het juiste talent. Een van de belangrijkste taken zijn het werven van seizoensarbeiders voor het aspergeseizoen en zorgen dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld.

Ze zijn dagelijks druk bezig met plannen, controleren en organiseren en zijn een ondersteunende factor voor alle andere afdelingen. Daarnaast zijn het voeren van personeelsgesprekken, begeleiden van sollicitaties, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid van ons personeel, belangrijke onderdelen in hun werk. Dankzij hun toewijding is Teboza een fijne plek om te werken, jezelf te ontwikkelen en te groeien! ๐Ÿ˜„

Onze directie bestaat uit drie personen: Trudie, Will en Rik. De directie houdt zich bezig met strategische- en beleidsmatige zaken en zorgt voor de coรถrdinatie tussen de verschillende afdelingen. Daarnaast vertegenwoordigt onze directie Teboza en dragen zij bij aan relevante discussies en netwerken. Trudie houdt zich bezig met de diverse PR-gerelateerde activiteiten, Will is actief betrokken bij de verkoop- en teeltactiviteiten en Rik focust zich o.a. op innovatie en organisatie.

Our management consists of three people: Trudie, Will and Rik. The board deals with strategic and policy matters and ensures coordination between the various departments. In addition, our executive board represents Teboza and contributes to relevant discussions and networks. Trudie deals with various PR-related activities, Will is actively involved in sales and cultivation activities and Rik focuses on innovation and organisation, among other things.
